Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a career Nanny for a family in the South End of Boston for two (soon to be three) children, ages 2 and 4, starting in early-mid April (flexible). Primary care will be for the baby - the older children are in school full days. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm, with 50 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny to be with them for years to come!
A great match for this family has 10+ years of nanny experience and is fun-loving, energetic, active, patient, and comfortable and confident caring for three children under 4 years old (primarily in the afternoons); someone firm but loving who is consistent and can provide boundaries and clear directions/expectations. The family would love to find someone who enjoys getting out and about around the city and proactively planning age-appropriate activities and adventures! A collaborative, supportive, communicative, self-directed nanny who can work independently would thrive in this role.
The ideal candidate would be open to traveling with the family.
A license is required for this position but a car is not (you have access to a car while at work). Parking is available.
Please be comfortable with pets as the family has a small, friendly dog.
Compensation: $35/hour ($100,000+/year) with OT over 40 hours, an optional healthcare stipend, and a full paid benefits package. All pay on the books through payroll.
