My family is looking for a part-time nanny for 12mo and 4yo. Ideal schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM Mon-Fri on a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off schedule (meaning work for 3 weeks, and then get 3 weeks off) as my parents will provide childcare on "off" weeks. 4yo will be in nursery school every morning and 3 afternoons/week. We are in Metrowest Boston so car is needed. Responsibilities are to provide childcare; drive kids to school, camp, and events in town; and prepare meals and snacks. Flexible start date: as late as Sept 1, 2024. Starting rate: $25/hour; negotiable based on experience. Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year + 5 days paid personal/sick leave per year + holidays.
