Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a Full-time Nanny in Marlborough to care for a 3 month old, starting anytime between now and June 1st. The schedule is Monday through Friday (hours between 7am and 7pm) with 35 hours guaranteed per week, planned one month in advance. The family would love to find a nanny interested in a long term match (1+ years).
A great fit for this family is experienced caring for infants and toddlers, calm, easy-going, nurturing, who will thoughtfully plan and engage their child in creative educationally and developmentally appropriate activities. Someone who will proactively plan outdoor play, walks, and local outings to parks, playgrounds, the library, etc. would be great! Mandarin speaking would be a great bonus!
Compensation: $30+/hour with a $200/month healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, paid sick time, and all pay on the books through payroll.
