Full time sitter for toddler

Have a 1 year old (just turned 1 this month), 2 dogs (both sweethearts), and both my wife andI work. we have another on the way due in September.
Watch the 1 year old from roughly 7:30 am to 4pm, monday-friday. Feed her throughout the day and change diapers etc. Normal childcare things for a 1 year old. Nothing out out of the ordinary.
I don't really know how this site works. We are currently having reliability issues with our daycare provider and are trying to explore all options.
