Camden is 22 months old and Nathan is 2 weeks old, so this role requires someone with experience caring for multiple children. The ideal candidate has a reliable car to transport the kids as needed.

Ideal start date is December 15, 2025, but flexible. Natalie (mom) is on maternity leave until May (part time, WFH), and Gary (dad) is on paternity leave until February (full time, traveling often).

Currently looking for a M-F 9am - 6pm schedule, exclusively with Camden until February. After February, we'd like to allow for some more flexibility in the schedule based on things we can't fully predict yet (e.g., preschool waitlists, evolving bedtimes, etc). but likely with more evening hours.
