VARIED HOURS WEEKLY - AVERAGING 30 HOURS PER MONTH. INCLUDES SOME WEEKENDS/DAYS/EVENINGS.
Needing help with full and partial days. Non-school days include getting kids up and dressed in the morning, breakfast and spending the day together. Evening hours include making dinner and getting kids ready for bed. Nanny is to get kids up and dressed, prepare breakfast and drive them to school.
Mom works 1-2 weekends a month, having weekend availability is important in addition to varying times on weekdays. Due to needing flexibility, they would have fixed payments for average weekly or monthly hours, even if hours are not worked. The Covid vaccination is not required. A car may be available during working hours, mileage reimbursement for use of own car, a fair compensation package for flexibility, and paid vacation/holidays are offered.
