Adventurous FT family assistant in Biltmore Forest area of Asheville, NC. Family includes the parents, three-year-old son, and grandparents who live 5 minutes away. FA would typically be needed 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday. Hours will vary, with the family being able to provide the schedule the week before. Ocassional weekends needed. FA must be flexible and able to adapt to schedule changes and can travel on domestic and international trip for long durations of time is required.
Destinations include the North Pole, Ibiza and Burning Man Festival. FA must travel on these and other trips all travel expenses, plus hourly pay paid. When not traveling with the family, household and grandparent assisting duties would be required. FA must be engaging, experienced, and efficient, well-rounded, adaptable, adventurous, can take the reins and can provide excellent care to their son and family at home and while traveling.Must keep the child engaged and active while traveling.
Son attends preschool and FA would need to help with transport limited screen time policy. Family has a chihuahua, so the nanny must not be allergic to and be comfortable with dogs.
Job starts March 2024, and pay is negotiable at $27-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check
