Looking for home daycare, nanny share or nanny for 14 month playful baby girl!

I’m looking ahead for options for daytime childcare at someone else’s home on Fort Liberty, or a full time nanny or nanny -share for my infant daughter who will be 14 months when I need care, starting in October 2024. I live on Fort Liberty, so individual must be able to access and drive on base.
Daytime (0700-1530) care, occasional evening or weekend shifts (1-2/month, planned in advance)
I’d love to find someone who can help my infant socialize around another babies- either a nanny share with another family or in-home care with another family would be great! Must be CPR certified, caring, kind, responsible and reliable ?
Requirements
- Infant experience
- Toddler experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
