Full-Time Nanny needed in Weddington, NC for three children, ages 12, 9, and 5. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The best nanny for this family would be reliable, responsible, active, organized, and engaged. The family is looking for a nanny who has experience working with children who are neurodivergent and on the spectrum, as the primary care will be for their 5-year-old, who is currently limited-verbally and working on potty training; the family will need assistance with potty training.
The two oldest children, 12 and 9 years old, are dedicated and diligent with their homework and after-school activities. Nanny must be willing to drive the children to appointments and other activities. The best nanny would have a high moral compass and be an excellent role model for the children.
Job starts ASAP and pay is negotiable at $28-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
