We need full time care for our 3 school age kids (ages 7, 11, and 13) since our oldest extraordinary kiddo does online school. Looking for someone who is neurodiverse affirming (preferably someone who has experience working with kids or has personal experience with adhd, anxiety, autism)
Supervise online school for our ADHD/autistic 13 yr old (gifted in math but struggles with writing). And care for all 3 kids after school.
Provide transportation to therapy and extracurricular activities
Appreciate someone who has experience with and/or is very supportive of Neurodiversity
We have a sweet 80 pound Sheep dog poodle mix. We ask sitters to help with meal prep (cutting vegetables etc) and do kids laundry.
We live across the street from the elementary school where our younger child attends school so sitters can easily walk across the street to pick him up from school.
Generally we look for 9am-6pm coverage but thanks to some grandparent help we can flex on 4 vs 5 days per week and husband who can work from home sometimes allows a bit of flexibility on start times.
