We are a family of 4 (Mom/Dad - early 40s, son - age 7, daughter - age 8) looking for a dedicated, reliable, and accountable nanny to "join our family" and give support to our household. We also have 2 cats and 2 dogs. My wife and I both work from home, but are looking for a trusted partner that can help with the kids, pets, and household projects (lots of organizing). We are regimented, detail-oriented, and willing to pay a premium for the right candidate to join our "team".
We are looking for someone that is willing to be dedicated to our family and our goals. Reliability, accountability, and experience are critical. While we do want someone to join us as a nanny/assistant to help with the house/kids/pets on a regular basis, we also enjoy travelling and have not gone on a vacation without our children in 6 years due to lack of reliable childcare. As much as we love travelling with our kids, we are overdue for some "grown-up time"...and need a partner to assist us!
Location: Southwest Lincoln, NE

Schedule: Semi-Flexible (depending on needs and availability). Ultimately, we would like to establish a consistent weekly schedule (30-40 hrs/week) and plan for vacation-time childcare in advance of any trips. Needs will change as we move throughout the school year and summer time.
