We have a 17-month-old son. While we both work from home, my schedule is loose and can change daily while my husband works 9-5. We're looking for a somewhat flexible, part-time nanny. I worked as a nanny myself for several years, so I'm familiar with the dynamic and benefit of adding another "family" member to ours. We're pretty laid-back people who are looking for someone who is warm, comfortable with toddlers and loves to be silly, snuggle and read lots of books ;)
