I have twins who will be 1-year-old at the beginning of June. We need regular, reliable care for the boys, with engaging activities to help the boys develop skills over time. I keep the boys on the same schedule and like to spend a lot of time playing, singing, reading, etc.
One of the boys has a genetic condition that makes him more susceptible to bone breaks, so I need someone who is comfortable taking extra precaution with him (mainly just ensuring his brother doesn't fall on him).
I work from home, and I'm generally very busy, but I'm here in case of emergency.
We also have a German Shepherd mix rescue dog who's great with the boys.

We're located in Bridgewater, NJ and are hoping for 3 full days a week (ex Mon-Fri) and half day Friday until around 1 or 2pm. I'm hoping to find someone who's looking to work with us long term if all works out.
