We have a down to earth family in Chatham in search of a Part Time Nanny for their two children age 3 and 1. early July 2024 (flexible) Long term, multiple years into the future
3 days per week (specific days are flexible)
9am to 5pm
24 guaranteed hours
Open to 5 days per week (35-40 guaranteed hours)
Availability for 2 date nights per month ideal.
Requirements: - Pets: dog. No care required
- Laundry: for children if time allows
- Meals: for children
- Light tidying of common areas and children's spaces
- Driving- required. Family car available.Mom and dad both work full time, from home.
Grandma helps with childcare.
Ideal: - Experienced with toddlers and caring for 2 children
- Creative & skilled at coming up with kid friendly activities
- Knowledgeable about Authoritative Parenting style and Respectful Parenting approaches
- Trustworthy
- Communicative with parents
- Enjoys being active and outside (Family lives within walking distance to downtown Chatham for parks and library classes)
- Willing to plan day trips and activities to get the children out of the house.
