They value reading, imagination, and meaningful connection, and hope to find someone eager to encourage their baby’s development and support milestones like baby-led weaning (a Montessori-style mindset is a bonus!). Laughter and humor are a big part of their daily rhythm, and above all, they’re looking for a nanny who will truly become an extended part of their family.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Child laundry
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Tidy common areas
- Baby-led weaning
- Baby ASL

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr gross - Agency Employed
- PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hours worked
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays (if on a working day)

Qualifications:
- At least 2 year of full-time nanny experience
- Experience with 6 months-1 year old
- Knowledgeable about milestone development
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Spanish speaking - BONUS!
- Vaccinations Required: MMR and Tdap
