we are a nuclear family, a couple both in tech field. The mother is work from home and father is hybrid in terms of work. We are pretty understanding and hands on as individual.
We are hoping to have a babysitter /nanny help us in taking care of the baby during weekdays while we are working from home. We hope the nanny helps the baby grow in his milestones, play with him, basic caring(diaper changes etc) help him eat his snacks, meals,(we will prepare meals and snacks and keep) help him sleep with his day naps and keep him busy.
we are in a 2 bed 2 bath apt, and will have the living room, and a room dedicated foe the baby,the bldg has a garden area and if needed that is max where we may want the baby to go with nanny.
