A kind family in Downtown Jersey City (close to the Grove street Path) is searching for a full time nanny for their 4-month-old son starting in May. The scheduled hours are M-F from 9am- 5pm with some flexibility to come early or stay a bit later on occasion. Seeking an experienced, energetic and collaborative nanny who is skilled with the infant - young toddler stages of development and can grow with the family long term.
Searching for a warm, reliable, and safety focused nanny who will engage in reading books, talking, playing, and assisting with all physical, mental, and emotional needs. Mom is working from home hybrid and dad mostly wfh but in a separated office space. Family lives in a townhouse with multiple levels (stairs in home but stroller on ground floor) that is walkable to parks, library and classes.
Parents value a nanny that will find activities and other kids for social engagement. There is a friendly small hypoallergenic dog in the home. Child related household/ errands requested. Pay is $25 hourly net/after tax (on book via payroll) a guarantee of 40 hours weekly plus vacation, holidays and sick pay.
