My wife and I work full-time and are looking for someone who is dependable to watch our two boys. Our boys are generally well-behaved, and we also have a very friendly dog in the house.
Our boys are roughly 5 and a half and 4 years old. Both children are fully potty trained. They are your standard, well-behaved, high-energy boys. We would be looking for this person to take them to the park, beach, etc., while my wife and I work remotely.

We would likely do a Zoom meeting first and then would like to meet the person in person on a Sat or Sun.

The schedule would be 8-5 PM Fri/Sat with some full weeks/weekends.

Ideally, we would like this person to start Memorial Day Week through Labor Day Weekend.
