I am a mom who currently works from home, i am looking for a sitter to help care for my daughter for 4 hours a day T, W,Th while i work in the background so that i can get more done. Hours will be from 12pm - 4pm. We will occasionally need a sitter for date nights maybe once or twice a month as well on the weekends if available.

I am a very involved parent, so I would like someone who is willing to listen to my concerns and has a lot of patience.
