Family located in Albuquerque (87114) is seeking a part-time professional career nanny for three children; two boys, ages 9 and 6, and a little girl, 4.5 yrs old. "We'd love to have someone responsible, punctual, and who can support our kids as needed. Someone who enjoys being with children and helping them grow into good humans, who takes pride in teaching them about the world, exploring the outdoors, and teaching them to be independent.
We want someone who can do light housekeeping (ex: kid's
laundry, pick up kid's toys, etc...) and make meals for the kids and school pick-ups. We would like a nanny who is comfortable with encouraging the children to be independent and can hold them accountable. A nanny who is quick to share their insights or suggestions on how we can best help the kids. Kids love being outside, gardening, collecting eggs from the chickens, playing make-believe and reading. The oldest is Dyslexic and may need help with homework and reading.
The family is conscious of giving the nanny space to be in charge. Both parents work from home.

Nanny duties: Children's laundry, cooking for children, dishes, errands, grocery shopping, transporting children, light housekeeping.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Long-term - 1 year or more

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-5:30pm (18 hours/week)

Hourly Rate: $22-$27/hour DOE
