My husband and I have two amazing little boys, ages 1.5 and 3.5. We work from home and have a dedicated office space. We have a very easygoing family and place a lot of importance on our children's self-directed play. We do stick to a schedule for meals and naptime (each boy takes one nap per day) but otherwise the day is focused on playing.

We need someone who is very patient, warm, and nurturing and will take the time and energy to connect with the boys to create a bond.

Duties include preparing light meals for them (putting something into the microwave); providing them their meals, changing diapers, help with going to the bathroom, putting them down for naps, reading to them, and being genuinely interested in forming a connection with them.

We have a respectful approach to parenting and are looking for someone likeminded or willing to learn.

The schedule is party time- 4 days one week and 5 days another week, and it alternates that way. One week is M-F, 9-4; the next week is T-F, 9-4. The schedule will stay consistent like this. Once per month we will need the nanny to stay until 4:30, so I can go into the office.

My oldest will be starting Pre-K next September, the hours will remain the same but dropping him off at school and picking him up will be required. Housekeeping- dishes (sink and dishwasher); kids' laundry; cleaning play spaces.
