Full-time sitter for a happy, energetic little baby

My boyfriend and I have a beautiful, energetic, and happy 7-month old baby.
I would like the sitter to make sure that the baby is taken care of (i.e. feedings, changing diapers and clothes(if necessary), washing and prepping bottles), and little household things such as washing any dishes, tidying up any toys and making sure their toys are cleaned.
We are located in an apartment house that has a small parking lot in the back. The house is quite old, so if there are any accommodations that need to be met by us, we will try to achieve that.
