We are open to nannies proficient in sleep training to help our little one transition to a full night sleep...
Monitor the sleeping baby, and address his needs when he cries, preferably before he cries long enough to wake the household.
Schedule will be from 12am-8am mainly during the week. but sometimes the Saturday 12am-8am and even Sunday 12am - 8am because of the work schedules.
