Incredibly kind & caring Mom is VERY hands on. Both parents are wonderful & considerate people. You will usually care for 2 at the same time. Family has 4 kids ages 10, 7, 4 & 6 months old. Long term nanny needed! Engage kids in play, read to kids, simple art projects to do with kids when mom is with the baby. Very limited phone use for nanny while nanny is caring for kids, family needs caring nanny who is truly focused on the kids!
