Calling all intuitive & adaptable Nanny/Household Managers – an exciting opportunity awaits you in Avon, Ohio! Initially, the role will focus on childcare, transitioning to a balanced combination of home management & childcare responsibilities within the first 9 to 12 months. The family is looking for a long-term nanny.

The family is looking for a lively & reliable nanny/household manager. In the initial 9-12 months, your primary role will be providing nurturing care for their energetic 3-year-old daughter & cheerful 1-year-old son, focusing on their developmental activities, daily routines, & overall well-being. As time progresses, & their youngest begins attending school for half-days while their daughter may spend more of the day in school, your responsibilities will shift. This transition will evolve into a balanced mix of childcare & home management, with a 50/50 split between the two. This change aims to accommodate the evolving needs of the family & provide you with a dynamic, fulfilling role. The ideal candidate brings a mix of nurturing energy, initiative, & excellent organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly for Mom & Dad. You will be responsible for taking the child to all child-related tasks, including planning engaging & educational activities, child transportation, the child’s meal preparation & laundry, maintaining the tidiness of the child’s common areas, preparing bottles for the children & washing/sterilizing bottles &/or breast pump parts. Candidates will also assist with placing Instacart orders & light family meal prep.

Child(ren): 3-year-old and 1-year-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $25-$33hr/$61k-$81k+year
Benefits:
$200 monthly healthcare stipend, 10 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, & use of the family vehicle
Schedule:
 45 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
