Full-time nanny needed for family with 3 kids in Harleysville

We are a household with 2 working parents and 3 boys (1, 3, and 6yo) looking for a new nanny to help our family as our nanny of the past 3 years is moving out of state. We need help 4 days a week from 7:15 or 7:30 to 5:15 or 5:30 (40 hours/week).
Responsibilities include watching the 1 year old during the day and driving 3 and 6 year old to school (8:30-3, minivan provided) and watching them before/after school. Help with kids laundry, grocery pickup and keeping house organized a bonus.
Must have references, relevant experience and clean driving record.
