Hello, my name is Natalia. My husband, Zach, and I have a two-year-old son, Noah, who will be turning three in April. We both work 12-hour shifts—I am a radiologic technologist, and my husband is a state trooper. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring nanny to care for our son two days per week during our full work shifts, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
