My husband and I have two kids, Luke (4, male), Parker (2, female), with one due in the next two weeks (baby 3 tbd). Our older kids go to school/daycare, so we are looking for help with our new baby when I return to work in August. My husband and I both work from home, so we would like to find someone who has a flexible schedule to come help with the baby during the day, and possibly help with the older kids after school if needed (occasional).
You would need to help take care of the baby during work hours (diaper changes, feedings, play time, etc.) and ideal to also be available to help with older kids if needed (possible school pickup, etc., 3-5pm). I would be available during the day, but simply need some extra help so I am able to focus on my job during work hours.
We hope to find someone who enjoys spending time with kids of all ages, likes to play and engage with our kids, is reliable and responsible, and enjoys being with our family. Also, we are a Christian family and would want someone who aligns with our values.
