We are a busy family of 5. Mom works in Nashville and Dad works from home. There are also 2 children from Dad ages 16 and 14 years of age who live with us part-time and do a lot of sports. The baby is 9.5 months of age.
We would like the nanny to watch the baby during the day and also have some flexibility for evenings and weekends. In addition, if this is not a nanny share, we would like the nanny to be able to travel to Nashville with Mom and watch the baby in her condo that has a nursery in it.
