DALLAS, TX ( LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A busy East Dallas family is seeking a compassionate and experienced FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY.  The family has 2 boys, 4.5 years old and 5 months old. 

The 4.5-year-old has non-verbal autism and utilizes an AAC device(similar to an iPad) for communication, the family wants a candidate with a heart for special needs children and experience with autism.
The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am to 6 pm, and Friday 8:30 - 4 pm, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends. 

Responsibilities include caring for both children, driving the kids to and from activities/therapies, preparing kids' meals and laundry, and occasionally assisting with meal prep for the parents using HelloFresh preordered boxes.
he perfect candidate is kind, proactive, driven, and loves children. Candidates should have their own reliable vehicle to use to pick up their son from ABA therapies. The family will reimburse the nanny for mileage at the Federal Mileage Reimbursement rate. 

The family offers paid holidays, PTO, and sick days and prefers candidates who are fully vaccinations. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $25/hr gross via payroll.
