A wonderful family in Austin, Texas is seeking a full-time career nanny for their active children ages 2, 5, and 8. The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1pm to 8:30pm with flexibility to work an occasional weekend day. Responsibilities include; all aspects of full-charge care, working in a collaborative manner with both parents, Infant experience– the family may be expanding, Fluent in Spanish, and understanding and knowing how to navigate a work-from-home parent’s schedule
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to swim and be comfortable around water
CPR and First-Aid certified
Good communicator
Intuitively know when to step-in and when to allow for family time
Pet friendly– family has a small Yorkie
One child has a latex allergy, must be comfortable ensuring protocols are kept
Professional and kind demeanor
Salary and Benefits:
$35 per hour
One week PTO (which is negotiable)
& Some holidays
