Hello! We have a family of three kids & are looking for a nanny who aligns with our values.
We would need support running errands, light house work consisting of: laundry, preparing snacks (sometimes meals), and extra support with our youngest with special needs that would require more physical support (diaper changing, feeding, and close supervision).
We lean more towards a consistent weekday schedule from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. daily but need flexibility with morning hours when kids are home sick from school, or one of us is traveling (usually 2 nights, every couple of weeks).
