My neighbor and I are looking for a full-time nanny to care for two 1-year old boys in a nanny share arrangement. We would love to hire someone who will be with us for many years to come. We consider ourselves as very kind, welcoming and warm people who will take care of you like family, but will also have high expectations from you.

Ideally we are looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years experience caring for toddlers in this age group and can provide references
- Certified in child CPR
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Is comfortable with myself and my husband being in the home since we are both WFH
- Can take care of kids to include playtime, diapers, meal prep, baby laundry
