We’re a young soon to be family of 3, I work overnight and my wife’s schedule is fairly flexible so at most I’d say we’d need someone 4-5 hours a day for a most 4 days
Basic newborn care, feeding, changing, the occasional stroll outside weather permitting.
I work 4 days on 4 days off overnigjt 12 hour shifts. So on days that I’m home care wouldn’t be needed. Weekends also wouldn’t really be needed just maybe occasionally. My wife is usually gone by 8:30 but return around 2:00 and I sleep so that is when we’d need care.
