Part-time nanny needed for 19 month old and 3 year old

We are looking for care for our 2 month old son and our 4 year old boy. My husband and I both work from home (in our own offices) and we have an easygoing dog and one cat. We offer sick time, PTO, and can be flexible based on your schedule.
Duties: Care of 3 year old and 19 month old, feeding them snacks and lunch, doing crafts, taking them on walks, library, and music class. Light housework (just cleaning up their toys/dishes after lunch).
Daily schedule:
Mondays and Fridays with both boys, taking them activities like the park or library.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only with our 2 year old, as our 4 year old is in part-time preschool.
Date: Start date ASAP
Time: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
