Hi! Looking for full time live in nanny.

We have one 15 month old baby girl and our live in nanny is leaving to go back to school. We live between multiple houses so we are looking for a live-in who enjoys moving around and has experience with babies/toddlers,can keep our baby safe, and has an interest and experience in early childhood development. At least 6 years experience. We are based in Miami Beach florida but also spend time in park city Utah and Southern California.
most important - the safety of our little girl at all times. Our current nanny engages in age appropriate activities with her throughout the day, prepares her meals and feeds her and helps her with her developmental milestones. We have very little screen time and prefer a nanny who will be focused on our daughter and not her phone during working hours. Both my husband and I work from Home so we are also pretty hands on and take her to swim classes, mommy and me, museums etc. and our nanny joins.
We are flexible but we need at least 40 hours a week; primarily work hours during week. With our current nanny she usually works 10 am -6 pm M-F but some days it’s earlier or later depending on whether someone has something to do or if she’d like a half day etc. our current nanny has her own room and bathroom in each home. W2 position, paid time off, sick days, holidays etc.

most importantly, we are looking for someone who has experience and the right fit.
