Looking for a Babysitter for 4 days a Week

Looking for someone long-term to come four days a week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM for two days and 8 AM to 5 PM for two days. Kids are very well-behaved. I live in Ashburn and I work from home so I am always around.
I have a third child who goes to school and comes home at 3 PM.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
