We are looking for a long term nanny for our 2 boys (3mo & 2yr old) in Ashburn. We live in One Loudoun and I am a CEO who works mostly from home (virtual meetings), so I would be with you each day. I'm highly organized and keep a very tidy home. I also meal prep so meals are easy to prepare.
An ideal nanny for us is someone who is comfortable around infants, has enough energy to keep up with a toddler, and creates/suggests games that are developmentally focused. We prefer hands on activities and playing (reading & crafts are great). We would also prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and is CPR certified.
