Full-time nanny for a 3 month old

We are brand new parents relocating the Charlottesville on Army orders.Dad works from home full time and mom will be on a graduate course schedule so some days will likely be shorter depending on class schedule.
We need a nanny that is experienced and comfortable with infants (our son will be about 3 months old when we want to start care) to do meals, developmental activity, and possibly some light laundry (just baby’s stuff)
