Part time sitter for one infant while mother works from home

My husband and I are new parents. We just had our daughter in Oct 2023. I work from home full time so just looking for help during the work day.
We are looking for a sitter to come from 10-3 on Monday through Thursday to help with the baby. On a few occasions both my husband and I go in the office so a full day may be needed on those days.
