Hello! My name is Melissa and my husband and I are looking for a long-term Nanny to become part of our family and watch our little girl beginning in mid-March. We live in West Springfield, and our daughter, Madison, is currently 6 months. We also have a miniature schnauzer named Zeus, who mostly keeps to himself.
We are looking for someone to entertain and play with Madison, put her down for her naps, prep her meals and feed her, and keep her play space organized. It would certainly be a big plus if you were also willing to do some light house chores like laundry, dishes, and meal prep, but that isn’t required.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to care for Madison 4 days a week (Tuesdays through Fridays) 9am to 4pm, but we are open to full-time. In addition to an agreed upon hourly rate based on experience, we are willing to offer 2 weeks paid vacation and paid federal holidays that fall during planned work days. We plan to conduct a background investigation and call references.
