Thank you for taking the time to learn about our family! We are a cheerful and laid-back family of four, consisting of a caring mom, a devoted dad, our delightful one-year-old son, and our beloved English Lab, Idli, named after soft and fluffy steamed cakes he resembled as a puppy.
Our family delights in spending time outdoors, exploring new culinary experiences at local restaurants, visiting farmers markets, and inviting friends over for entertaining board game nights.
You will be responsible for the daily routine of our 1-year-old: taking care of him and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Taking our son on daily walks, reading books, encouraging developmental milestones, feedings, talking to him continuously, engaging in play dates, suggesting and signing up for age-related child activities, suggesting (play toys, crafts, and clothes for our child), and meal prep for him (and adults as time permits when he takes longer naps).
Background in early childhood education or a related field. Multiple years of experience working with infants and toddlers. CPR and First Aid. Covid and TDaP vaccinate. Glowing references from recent nanny positions.
Set yourself apart: Preschool or Montessori experience. Qualities: enthusiastic, energetic, professional, communicative, open to feedback, eagerness to learn and adopt new techniques.
