Full-time nanny for three-month old

We are a family of 5, my husband and I, our two little dogs, and our 3-month old daughter Mishka. My husband and I work in tech and have a hybrid work schedule.
We are looking for someone, who can take care of Mishka as I return to work after my maternity leave ends this month. The person should be adept at infant care, taking care of her day-to-day needs (feeding, sleeping, cleaning, etc.), as well as her overall development.
Schedule would be Monday-Friday 9 AM to 4 PM (could be flexible depending upon the need).
Requirements
- Infant experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
