We have 3 girls (5.5, almost 4 and 2) and will be expecting a baby boy in August. Our eldest two will be in school from 8:30-3. We love crafts, the outdoors and imaginative play. We believe that children deserve to have their emotions heard and respected, but also need consistent, safe and reasonable boundaries.

I am a stay at home mom and will be home the majority of the time. Looking for an extra set of hands to help with the little kids and around the house (laundry, cleaning, meals) etc. We can be flexible in daily responsibilities depending on the kids needs and wants, and are a very communicative family.

We are looking to find someone full time for at least 6-9 months, with the possibility of extending the help after 9 months, or maintaining the help in a part time position. Schedule can be somewhat flexible, and can be discussed on a biweekly to monthly basis.
