I’m a 20-year-old caregiver with a big heart, a lot of patience, and real experience working one-on-one with kids—including nonverbal children and kids with special needs. I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which means I’ve been trained in child development and behavior support, and I’ve spent plenty of time helping children feel safe, confident, and cared for. This kind of work really matters to me. I’ve been working with infants and toddlers for about 8 years now. I even had my own toddler class (2yr olds) and my own infant room on separate occasions! I’ve worked with older children less but I still have experience with them as well. Babysitting and being a nanny is more of a hobby for me than it is a job, I don’t necessarily do it for the money, I just really love babies and children and it’s a much easier setting when babysitting than it is when running a class. My schedule is always open, and I don’t mind last minute calls or taking care of your little person just because you need a break.
