I’ve always loved working with children and enjoy creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for them. I currently take care of a special needs boy. I have been babysitting since I started High school. I am 18 years old and graduated High School in May.

I am 21 years old and I grew up with 7 younger brothers and 4 younger sisters. I've grown up in a house full of kids so I am used to the excitement and messes of children. I have babysat for years when my parents were busy or at work. I also babysat a few other kids after I turned 15, one which was the sweetest little boy I've ever met. He did have autism and it was a little tricky to always make him happy but I tried the best I could and we always had a great time. I currently live on my own so I am capable of cooking, cleaning, doing laundry or running errands. I plan on having children of my own within the next few years so I would love to get as much experience as I can with other kids. Although I have a lot of siblings and that should be enough experience, not every kid is the same. I would love to be able to help parents as much as I can because I know when I become one I'm gonna need that help sometimes too.

My name is Hannah and I am 23 years old. I’ve been professionally working with children for over 5 years. I started babysitting my sister’s children as a teen. I recently graduated from Wallace State Community College with my associates in Child Development from a NAEYC program. I currently work at a NAEYC accredited early learning center. I was raised in Orange Beach Alabama in a family with five girls. I moved to Birmingham three years ago to finish my degree in Social Work and to move closer to my now husband of 1 year. I took my first babysitting job when I was fourteen and that is when I knew I wanted to work with children. Through that journey I met a lovely couple who I began nannying for and who I am still great friends with 10 years later. I provided after school care for their two daughters who were 2 and 4 when I met them. My afternoon tasks involved picking the kids up from school, driving them to and from their after school activities, assistance with homework, light housekeeping, and family errands. I have always loved taking care of children and I have always dreamed of owning my own daycare one day. I am an upbeat and positive person who can easily adapt to any family's style of parenting.

I have worked with children from 2-11 years old in the classroom. I’ve babysat two little girls of the age 6 and 2 a couple of years ago, but haven’t babysat since I’ve been in college.
