Hi! My name is Naomi, and I am 22 years old. I have done paid babysitting since I was 15, as I absolutely adore children and babies. I was a nanny for a family of a 6 month year old and 3 year old for a year, and loved every second of it but had to leave for college. I babysat for a 9 month year old summer 2023. This past summer, 2024, I nannied for a 6 month year old. I have built a strong rapport with multiple families. I have experience with twins and ages 3 months-12 year old. I am graduating this December with a bachelor’s in Psychology, honors Summa Cum Laude. I completed my thesis on harnessing child anger through a picture book intervention to promote persistence. I have been in a child emotion regulation lab for 2 years, and hope to pursue a PhD in child clinical psychology. I will continue research while I strengthen my resume in Fayetteville, AR. I am fully vaccinated. I also am CPR/first aid certified for infants and adults by the American Red Cross (you may request my certificate). Moreover, I was a lifeguard for the three summers where I would prioritize the safety of my patrons. I love to have fun with the kids with play time, but can also ensure the safety of your child. I have a car and my license, and have never had legal issues or tickets. I take nurture very seriously as I believe this affects the development of a child, and will always prioritize your child's emotional well being and safety. Thank you so much for trusting me, and please ask me any questions you have. Have a great day!

Hi! I'm a professional nanny and college-educated mother of three! I love kids and have years of experience caring for children of all ages including newborns! I am a very cheerful, responsible, nurturing, patient, kind, fun, and trustworthy woman! I love doing age-appropriate activities with my nanny kiddos. My goal is to make them feel safe, secure, and loved while I help them develop cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically. I enjoy teaching, reading books, playing outside, going to parks, dancing around to music, going to libraries, and doing arts & crafts. I am more than happy to prepare kids' meals, do their dishes, help clean up our messes, and drive them anywhere they need to be! Lastly, for you parents, I am very flexible, easy to get along with, and always welcome open, honest communication! I hope to hear from you soon! Have a wonderful day!

I quit my corporate finance job last year and moved to Arkansas to take on homestead life with my partner. I’m looking to add more color to my life by finding some great families that need a caregiver for their kiddos. I think teaching, playing with, and learning from little ones sounds way more fun and fulfilling than a job that has me staring at a screen all day. It’s also a great way to connect more with my new community! I love being outside, being active, cooking, and reading. While I’m still new to the whole homestead thing, I’ve learned a bit about gardening and livestock, so it would be cool to introduce more children to those types of skills if they have any interest. I've always prided myself on being creative when it comes to designing activities for my clients. I used to create daily scavenger hunts for my younger cousins when I cared for them, and they still talk about how much fun we had! I hope to make great memories with your family, too :) I tend to jive really well with more “crunchy” families. I’m very well-versed in nutrition (lots of experience with Weston A Price principles/ancestral eating) and creating a low-tox home (I’m a huge fan of chemical and fragrance free cleaning and personal care products). I am more than happy to work out an arrangement that includes some degree of cooking, cleaning, etc. if there is downtime based on your kiddo’s schedule. My mom ran a daycare when I was little, and I’ve been babysitting as long as I can remember, so my experience is pretty broad. At the ages of 12-16, I spent summers watching all of my younger cousins from the time they were infants. I also have two young nephews that I was entrusted to care for, including overnight sits. Most recently, I supplemented my full time corporate job with weekend sits for a few families in FL (before I moved), and watched up to five children at once. I’m comfortable with kids of all ages and manage chaos quite well. Just tell me what your family needs and I can adapt to support you!

I love being a sitter because working with children has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and feel cared for in a safe and fun environment. Every child has their own personality and needs, and I love being part of their daily lives — whether that’s helping with schoolwork, playing, or simply being someone they can trust. I have over 6 years of childcare experience with children ranging from infants to school-aged kids. I’ve helped families with school pick-ups, homework supervision, afternoon activities, and light household tasks. I’ve worked with multiple families and have strong references who can speak to my reliability and care. I am CPR certified and trained in basic first aid, so safety is always a top priority. I’m also highly organized, responsible, and great at multitasking — whether that’s keeping kids engaged, managing schedules, or helping around the house. In addition, I’m a student at the University of Arkansas majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and I plan to become a speech-language pathologist. This background gives me a strong foundation in child development and communication skills, which helps me connect with kids at different ages and stages.

Hello, my name is Alexa Rhoades! Throughout my years tutoring at school and working in training positions in the food industry, I've found a passion for guiding someone through the process of learning. I first found this passion when I was in school myself. Academics have always come easily to me, and I found great joy in helping my friends understand an assignment when even the teacher couldn't find a way to explain it to them. I've recently realized that nothing would make me happier than to be able to help a child discover a passion for learning in a way that suits their individual needs. I believe that there is always more than one way to approach learning, and that the child should lead the way. I believe in asking questions to engage the student, and I believe my job as the tutor is not to give them the answer but to give them the tools to find it for themselves. That being said, I also have many years of babysitting experience. I think the best way to approach babysitting is to adapt to the needs of the child, and to listen carefully to what the parents are saying. I'm comfortable with making snacks and dinner, I'm always down to play games, and I like to get children outside to play as much as the weather allows. I really look forward to being able to chase this dream of helping children find a passion for learning!

I currently am a nanny full-time during the day but am interested in occasional jobs for the evenings, weekends, or random days I have off. I have experience nannying ages 5 months-3 years and have plenty of experience babysitting children of all ages. I'm a strong proponent gentle parenting, Montessori principles, a focusing on fostering connection. I value the environment, education, play, good food, and human connection. In my free time, you'll find me making pottery, reading, or taking long walks.
