Greetings: my name is Nicole and I have been a babysitter for newborns to age 11 since high school, even during college and when I've held professional positions. I love little people and find that they're the best people. I received my degree in Social Work from UCF and I've been working in the nonprofit world for the past 10 years, I am taking a break for graduate courses and just relocated to Arizona Fall 2022. I'm comfortable in all situations and can handle multiple priorities at once, even twins :) I know CPR/First Aid and was AED Certified. Also, I grew up with dogs and have been a dog owner, so I am comfortable with dogs. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats.

I started off my care passion with working in a nursing care, but with a younger sibling and so many children on my block I became passionate about caring for the little ones . Baby sitting my neighbors children and helping them on homework while their parents went to work or simply wanted a date night. I've enjoyed engaging with all kids and keeping them entertained. I have currently moved to Arizona from California due to out of state school.

I am currently an occasional care for several families. I am hoping to find a family needing part time care or evening care. I have CPR and first aid training, DCS clearance, fingerprint card, and Full Background check. I am a very active, young at heart, loving and patient care giver with over 30 years experience as a daycare provider and as a nanny for children newborn to age 13. Since we moved to Arizona 30 years ago, I have been caring for children on occasion, as a fulltime nanny/housekeeper, and have worked fulltime in the medical, Veterinarian, and education fields.  I absolutely love caring for children and I take that responsibility very seriously. I love interacting with the children, games, baking, crafts, and outside fun when the weather permits. I don't believe that sitting a child in front of a tv is considederd childcare. My husband and I have raised large dogs, and I also love caring for  animals. I am a mother of two (they're now in their 20's). I retired from Higley Unified School District in May of 2022. I have a bachelors from ASU, and worked retail management until my kids entered school. Then I decided to work in the school district so I would have their same schedule. I was kindergarten aide, preschool aide, resource aid, sped aide, and kindergarten prep aide. I enjoy being with children and miss their energy and enthusiasm. I have a fingerprint clearance card, and have training in cpr/first aid and conscious discipline.
