I am currently an occasional care for several families. I am hoping to find a family needing part time care or evening care. I have CPR and first aid training, DCS clearance, fingerprint card, and Full Background check. I am a very active, young at heart, loving and patient care giver with over 30 years experience as a daycare provider and as a nanny for children newborn to age 13. Since we moved to Arizona 30 years ago, I have been caring for children on occasion, as a fulltime nanny/housekeeper, and have worked fulltime in the medical, Veterinarian, and education fields. I absolutely love caring for children and I take that responsibility very seriously. I love interacting with the children, games, baking, crafts, and outside fun when the weather permits. I don't believe that sitting a child in front of a tv is considederd childcare. My husband and I have raised large dogs, and I also love caring for animals. I am looking for families that would like their care giver to be part of their family, as I always treat the children as my family. I also have current and excellent references.

•Hold a current Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the State of Arizona Department of Public Safety. •Hold current American Safety & Health Institute CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid Certification for Adult/Child/Infant. •I have a B.S. in Elementary Education. For thirty-seven years I have enjoyed being a parent, and now have two grand-daughters, one who is six years old and the other four years old. I am a motivated, creative, diligent, patient, and gentle individual with many years of experience caring for children of all ages, as well as facilitating their love of learning. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education, home educated three children involving all grade levels and subjects from kindergarten through high school, and continued support and guidance through their pursuit of advanced degrees in law, global health, and geography/sustainability. In addition, I facilitated many groups and classes for young children, and developed a youth chess academy where I taught and coached for sixteen years. I thoroughly enjoy working with children of all ages, supporting their curiosity and enthusiasm to explore and learn from the world around them. My philosophy in raising and educating my three sons included the commitment to develop and instill a sense of responsibility and interdependence within each child for both their community and world beyond. I am able to run all aspects of a household, am a great cook, and adore animals! I am seeking that special family - one looking for a nanny/educator/home assistant where I can utilize my strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills along with my love of working with children. I want to apply my lifetime of experiences to help families and individuals in the smooth running of their households, calendars and daily lives. Over the past three years, I provided care for two children, now ages nine and four. Responsibilities included preparing multiple meals and snacks per day, cleanup of kitchen and play areas, laundry, and all care related to the needs of each child. I engaged the children with activities involving reading, science, geography, music, physical exercise, crafts, and creative play. The family recently relocated to Denver, CO.

Maddy was a great find on Sittercity and a perfect babysitter for my two daughters(4and 2 y/o) while I was recovering from surgery for 2 months. Maddy brings a great energy and enthusiasm for working with children. It takes a while for my 4 y/o daughter to be comfortable around new adults and she liked Maddy from the day she met her. My daughters loved her and can't wait to have her babysit again. I will defiantly hire her again and recommend working with her.

Hello, my name is Alexia. Over the past 5 years I've been babysitting for a family that have fostered and adopted children and they've become like a second family to me. I have experience with newborns/infants, toddlers, twins, elementary, pre-teen and teenagers. I also have experience taking care of multiple children at a time. I've worked nights (bedtime routine) and overnights (morning routine) which consists of waking kids up, getting them ready, breakfast, pack lunches and drop off at bus stop when mom and dad are out of town. I serve/volunteer on Sunday mornings in the nursery at my local church since 2011. I have previous experience as a medical assistant but I'm currently taking a break from that role. I enjoy babysitting children of all ages. I love seeing them grow and teaching them new things! Children are amazing and incredibly adorable! **** My availability will be changing to morning hours when the new school year starts: approx 8/7/23. ****

Hi all! I’m a mom of two looking to provide childcare for one or two kids in addition to my own. I’m CPR & First Aid certified with a level one fingerprint clearance card. I have experience caring for children of all ages but my most recent work was caring for infants in a Montessori and then as a private nanny for children ranging from 2mo to 4 years old. I’m greatly experienced in watching multiple children and can ensure that your child will receive diligent care & attention. Please message me if interested or if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Dear Parents and Families, I am writing to share my heartfelt gratitude and an enthusiastic recommendation for Melody, who provided exceptional care for our 2.5-month-old baby during the past two months. Although we recently had to let her go due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot speak highly enough of her positive impact on our family during her time with us. From the moment Melody stepped into our home, it was evident that she possessed a genuine passion for nurturing and caring for infants. Her warm and nurturing demeanor instantly put us at ease, and we knew our baby was in the best hands possible. Throughout her tenure with us, Melody showed unwavering commitment to our child's well-being and development. She keenly understood our baby's needs and preferences, ensuring a safe and loving environment. We were amazed at how quickly our little one formed a strong bond with Melody, a testament to her natural ability to connect with children. Melody's extensive experience and knowledge in childcare were evident in her ability to handle any situation with confidence and grace. She engaged our baby in various age-appropriate activities, fostering their cognitive and motor skills. Her creativity in introducing new games and songs undoubtedly contributed to our child's joy and growth during these critical early months. What impressed us the most was Melody's exceptional communication and collaboration with us as parents. She kept us informed about our baby's daily activities and milestones, which brought us great comfort and reassurance while we were at work. Her receptiveness to our parenting preferences and willingness to adapt made the transition seamless. As life's circumstances have now led us to be with our baby full-time, we truly cherish the invaluable contributions Melody made to our family during her time with us. Her loving care, dedication, and professionalism surpassed our expectations, and we are genuinely grateful for her positive impact on our little one's early development. If you seek a babysitter with a genuine passion for childcare, unwavering dedication, and a warm heart, we wholeheartedly recommend Melody. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her in their childcare journey. Thank you, Melody, for the love and joy you brought into our lives. With heartfelt appreciation, Palit Family

My name is Esme and I am here because I am passionate about children! I am a very responsible, reliable, fun-loving babysitter. I have ten years of experience, and I also have experience as a nurses aid. At the moment, I am a stay at home mom. I have two boys, Henry who is four years old and will be going to school soon and Wyatt who is my infant, he is two months old. In the past before having my infant, I used to take my son Henry with me to nanny. It worked out great! My son got along great with the kids. They would love having Henry over to play and do activities. The kids would always look forward to Henry coming back and bringing new toys and activities to do. I'm happy to give out my references from the families in the past that I have worked with. I'm also happy to run another background check days prior to start date. This year is changing for us, this year I would like to nanny one child from my home as it would be more comfortable with an infant. I would supply toys, books, bassinet, high chairs, food etc. I also have a pool that is gated and a playground in the backyard. You're are welcome to come take a look as I assure you it's a safe clean space! If you're in the Tempe area and are looking for a nanny, send me a message I would love to chat! I provide supplies to do arts and crafts. I play imaginative and creative games with the kids, such as storytelling. I can also help with homework. I can meal prep and do snack time. I can do naptime, bathtime, diaper changes, bottle feed and help ensure that prescribed medications are being taken (if any). What makes me a great babysitter is my friendly personality, patience and fast problem- solving skills. I am dedicated to you and your family and value your time. Safety, reliability and communication are my priority between me and parent(s) in order to attend best to your child's needs.

I love being a sitter because I love watching the kids grow and learn every day and letting them have a role model. I have been babysitting since I was 13. In high school I was in early childhood education and I attended Evit and did early childhood education classes I am cpr certified and first ad also I have my fingerprints clearance card. I am a mom to a 19 month old baby girl. She love to play and laugh. I did an internship at Evit head start I work with all the kids so from birth to the age of 5 years old in the 4 and 5 year olds work I was mainly pared with the special needs kids I can relate to them because I have a learning disability on reading and writing and when I was younger I had behavioral problems. I like help kids with all stranks and challenges. If a child is struggling I will try my best to help them find heathy coping skills and solutions to help them out. I also have experience with special needs kiddos I was a ABA therapist for about a year and I have done Habilitation and respite care for almost 2 years.

Kayla made me feel at ease, especially when she was watching my 3 month old. For the first time, I felt comfortable having someone else other than myself or my husband watch my baby. She gives updates regularly too which I appreciate.
