Hi! I’m Meghan, a Tahoe local ski and snowboard instructor and coach. With several years experience working with youth. I enjoy taking kids outside rather than keeping them in front of a screen. Staying interactive, to help kids feel comfortable while having fun. I grew up with very active parents and that lifestyle has stuck with me into my adulthood. I love doing arts and crafts, making up fun silly games to play, baking cookies to decorate, and legitimately making learning fun in all sorts of exciting ways. I do understand the importance of a timely nap, and set schedules kids are on. I am almost finished with online and in person school to become a special education teacher. I have worked in special education classrooms as a paraprofessional for about 3 years now. Know basic sign language, comfortable with non-verbal children. Willing to work with family’s with kids of all abilities and ages. (Infants as well) Reliable safe vehicle. Love pets, I have 2 dogs of my own. Also, willing to tutor, help with homework or any online learning. I don’t mind light cleaning or laundry, love to cook, especially for kids, as well as picky eaters.

With over five years of dedicated experience in childcare, I bring a profound passion for nurturing and guiding the development of young minds. As the eldest of three siblings, I naturally assumed the role of protector and caretaker, instilling in me qualities of adaptability, patience, and empathy. My journey in childcare began during my high school years, where I eagerly volunteered to teach art classes to preschoolers and provided after-school care for neighbors’ children. This early exposure ignited my passion for working with children, leading me to pursue further opportunities. During my tenure as a Girl Scout Counselor at a camp in Arnold, California, I immersed myself in the holistic care of children, fostering their independence, creativity, and emotional intelligence. Crafting daily activities tailored to each group’s needs, I ensured a supportive environment conducive to their growth and development. Subsequently, my educational pursuits at Ohlone College in communications, psychology, and art further honed my understanding of child development and effective communication techniques. Concurrently, I delved into the realm of aquatic safety as a certified swim instructor, equipped with CPR and AED certifications to ensure the well-being of those under my care. Transitioning into professional roles as an Art Teacher and swim instructor, I continually sought avenues to enrich the lives of children through creative expression and physical activity. My tenure in these positions underscored the importance of maintaining a balance between playfulness and structure, fostering an environment where children could thrive and explore their potential. Driven by an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth, I embarked on the entrepreneurial path, blending my passion for helping people with digital creativity and allowing me the freedom to work remotely from anywhere. As a nanny, I’ve had the privilege of enriching the lives of numerous families, instilling in me a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment. Every child I encounter represents a unique journey filled with boundless potential, and it is my privilege to inspire and nurture them along their path. With a steadfast dedication to fostering independence, creativity, and emotional well-being, I am honored to play a role in shaping the future generation.

I grew up in an in-home daycare, so caring for little ones has always come naturally to me. Four years ago I took a job in a daycare that sparked that same joy and passion for childcare that I experienced in my mom's daycare. In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors. I enjoy hiking, camping, and swimming! I recently acquired a Spanish Language and History degree and have been fluent for over 20 years. I have years of experience and have worked in a daycare before, watching up to 8 children at once, and up to 3 infants at once. I have extensive experience with children under 2.

Hi! I am a 20 year old female in my second year at Sierra Nevada College studying business. I grew up in a family of 7 people and have had a lot of experience babysitting all ages for the past 8 years. My previous job was a snowboard instructor at Killington, Vermont teaching kids 3-8 the basics of snowboarding. I am a very athletic, outdoorsy person and I spend my free time hiking, running, climbing or painting. I've babysat for many families in Incline Village over the past year and I'm looking to start another part time or full time nanny job, as soon as possible.

Hellllo There ☺️🌻My name is Lindsey. I began working in childcare babysitting as a teen then in childcare 17 years ago. I worked @ an amazing pre school in Reno NV called London Bridges. We were very small & family oriented w just 4 class rooms, a 2, 3, & 4 yr old room + an accredited kindergarten class for the 5 yr olds as well as a private swim center next door. I was in the 4yr old room where we mainly focused on getting the children ready to begin reading. Each week we had a theme & a curriculum we had to write that had to include time for motor skills, color + shape identification, letter recognition + sounds, counting + numbers, music, science, arts, and socialization. I loved my class & my School so much. Everyone there was a huge blessing. After working there for a year, I left for a year then went back for another year. After that I went to school & stopped working for a little while. Then I took a position @ a well respected in home daycare but left after just a few months for I felt the school was too harsh on the kids. I prefer to gently redirect rather than discipline or threaten negative consequence. I personally don’t think children under the age of 5 understand discipline. It’s a cruel way to lead considering they are children & don’t know any better yet. From there I went back to school for art history & worked a variety of jobs. Mainly in service, eventually finding my way back to childcare some time around 2016. I took a position at a school called The Child Garden in the 4 year old Room. My best friend had been there for several years & had strong relationships with all of the family’s. The experience was an absolute blast. After this I left child care to pursue a career in arts + history. Specifically working for the Nevada Historical Society while also volunteering at an all ages Art + music space in Reno. We organized art shows, concerts, lectures & workshops for all ages w our biggest audience being kids 12-16 yrs old. We did everything from painting workshops, themed bingo nights, art shows + receptions, to rock n roll shows, mentorships, events at museums.. Pretty much anything & everything we could think of to try & give kids a place to be where they could learn, express themselves & feel heard in a safe + healthy environment. (Away from bars + casinos) I participated in the mentorship program as well as was in the gallery committee where we had to plan a years worth of shows for 2 in house galleries and 6 satellite galleries.

Hi! My name is Trianae (tree-on-ahhh) though many find it easier to call me Ana. I am new to Lake Tahoe and relocated to Truckee with my three year old labradoodle, Moose. I’ve been a realtor in Los Angeles for 20+ years and currently prepping for the Nevada broker exam. I don’t have don’t have a family of my own yet, but I am a godmother and favorite auntie to a few young adults and seek opportunities to mentor every chance I get. I am passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community. I proudly serve on the board at a women’s shelter and volunteer my time hosting art therapy workshops. The participants are children of all ages from toddlers to teens. These rewarding experiences have conditioned me to effortlessly entertain more than one child when needed while providing a fun team experience for all. I’m a Southern California native raised in desert and the beach but I am just as comfortable in the snowy mountains. This year I happily traded warm weather, winter beach days, and year round paddle boarding adventures to experience seasons and exceed my record of 16 ski days this season. Looking forward to a snowy season to ski, ice skate, snow shoe, and explore other winter activities. love crafts, games, race cars, tea parties, park picnics, make-believe, and outdoor activities. I love to cook and bake and can successfully please most the discerning little critics with my creative presentations. I am a team player and happy to help out in any way I can. Please let me know how I can help you and your family.

Hello beautiful people of placer county ! I am a nanny at heart but I also love to do short term babysitting jobs as well. I am a extremely fun , responsible, reliable and I love working with kids ! I have always love to work with children since I was a child myself. I would post around neighborhoods with a piece of paper at 14 and eventually became my neighborhoods nanny! They were small and short times shifts, mostly dinner dates , covering parents appointments. Once I turned 16, I would work higher paying and longer jobs. From there I knew that I wanted to work with kids for the rest of my life! I am majoring in child development and will also apply for a teaching degree to be a kindergarten teacher! If your kiddo is with me for a short amount of time or even longer, I will make the day or days the happiest! I love to play board games, color, paint and also explore nature. With the snow coming then snowman’s , snow angles and of course snowball fights!
